Free Shipping means exactly that…for all orders in the USA we pay for shipping when you order directly on our website. You can expect your package to arrive in 3-5 business days after order.

We will also send you a pre-paid return label if you need to return or exchange your purchase. How convenient is that?!

Free Returns!

We know adventures don’t happen every weekend which is why we give you up to 30 days to let us know that you would like to return or exchange what you bought directly from our website. In either case of returning or exchanging your purchase, we will pay for all the shipping…we’ve got you covered!

If for some wild reason you reach out to us 30 days after your purchase, we will issue you a credit to our website.

Some Formalities

In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, Blue Mission reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

Sometimes things get lost in the mail. We know it happens, but you need to tell us your package has not arrived within 14 days of your purchase. And sorry, we cannot refund gift cards (it’s a credit card company thing, not our thing).
